This Backcountry Hut Company cabin on Pender Island is a contemporary coastal retreat designed using the company’s prefabricated modular building system. The compact structure is based on a timber post-and-beam frame with prefabricated wall and roof panels, allowing the cabin to be delivered and assembled efficiently on remote sites with minimal environmental impact. 

Set within the natural landscape of the Gulf Islands, the cabin emphasizes simplicity, durable materials, and strong connections to the surrounding coastal environment.
