Trail’s Edge in Whistler was designed by Openspace Architecture as a contemporary mountain home carefully positioned within a densely forested site. Floor-to-ceiling glazing and slender structural elements create a strong connection between the interior living spaces and the surrounding trees and landscape. This architectural photography series documents the relationship between the house, its materials, and the alpine environment of Whistler, British Columbia.
